Main Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze financial information to ensure integrity is maintained
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Participate in external and internal audits as required
Uphold Colas ethics and business principles
Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

Compensation range of $95-$120K annually, plus annual discretionary bonus

Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration with a concentration in accounting
Skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Motivated, positive, and professional
At least three years of accounting experience preferably in the construction and / or manufacturing field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Must possess excellent skills with Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel (intermediate level, pivot tables, vlookups, if statements, nested ifs, hlookups, sum if / ifs statements, macros, what-if analysis, data validation, etc.).
Experience with JDE (preferred), Sage, Timberline, or other enterprise construction industry software is a plus
