Job Description
- Manage all expansion sites in the East Region, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and clinical quality control.
- Participate in strategic planning of new sites and clinical layout, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Lead team members, hold weekly meetings for clinical operations, and manage CT and X-Ray staff day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate CT and X-Ray scheduling, daily billing audits, inventory management, and training programs.
- Oversee protocoling exams, maintain accurate supply levels, and ensure continuity of services at all off-sites.
- Develop and implement QA programs, prepare for NYS DOH inspections, and maintain radiation safety standards.
- Operate CT equipment, perform diagnostic imaging procedures, and demonstrate computer literacy with PACs and RIS systems.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and ensure a clean work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- At least two years of CT experience, preferably with GE CT systems.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) certification.
- New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with IV contrast injection certification.
- BLS certification and leadership experience in healthcare facilities, preferably in administrative or managerial roles.
