In this role, you will : Oversee the implementation and compliance of process improvement initiatives to enhance patient throughput and quality. Manage a territory of NYCBS practices by providing leadership to a geographically dispersed team. Provide guidance and support to key personnel at various sites for day-to-day operations. Develop and execute projects to increase patient satisfaction and organizational productivity. Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and mechanisms to increase efficiency. Develop and evaluate new protocols to standardize processes focused on delivering quality care. Actively participate in the acquisition and merging of new practices. Monitor inventory of medical supplies and oversee laboratory services. Oversee the Corporate Compliance Program in partnership with Administration. Participate in volunteer opportunities that benefit the organization and its patients. Optimize daily operations by fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Establish operational and performance goals for each department to ensure KPIs are met. Train and mentor staff as needed. Identifies referral sources (target audiences) for each NYCBS location, service or Physician. Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and / or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails and phone calls. Act as a business partner to promote patient volume and maintains reports related to volume trends for NYCBS. We require : Reliable transportation; travel required to locations including Newburgh, Middletown, Hudson Valley, and Bronx. Master’s degree required. 5 years of proven managerial / supervisory experience in a healthcare environment. 5 years of experience working in busy multispecialty practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading expertise. Strong organizational and time management skills. High comfort level working with various systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. What we offer : Salary : Up to $130,000 annually.
