Salary: Up to 52k annually based on experience and education

In this role, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from patients and social workers
- Coordinate and managing the applications process
- Data Management – maintain and update grant recipient data in software platforms and Excel
- Call potential grant applicants
- Maintain high level of patient communication and care
- Assist with preparation of materials for meetings, including data support
- Work with event manager during events
- Attend Foundation events (some nights and weekends throughout year)
- High school or GED required. Bachelors is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working for a non-profit would be ideal, with a healthcare background as a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Microsoft Excel a must.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- An ability to converse in a calm and friendly manner and be able to handle and comfort cancer patients during a difficult time.
- Bilingual or English/Spanish a plus.
- Ability to attend events, on nights and weekends.
