• Design and produce engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including logos, banners, presentations, and other visual materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that align with organizational goals.
• Manage and upload visual content within CMS (Content Management Systems) to ensure seamless integration across websites and digital platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other tools to create innovative, on-brand designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design and marketing trends, proposing new ideas to enhance campaign performance.
• Integrate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet project requirements.
• Assist in optimizing content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications.

• 3 years in a design or marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital, print, and social media.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and design with a marketing mindset to drive engagement and achieve campaign goals.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Content Management Systems to upload and manage content on company platforms.
• Experience preparing files for print production, ensuring high-quality results.
• Proven experience creating impactful designs for social media platforms, with an understanding of audience engagement and platform trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team, integrating feedback and adapting to project needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
