Hours: Shift between the hours of 7am-7pm

Starting: $27hr based on experience and education

In this role, you will:
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office.
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections.
- Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system.
- Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.
- Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Must be willing to float to all of our Queens locations
