In this role, you will : Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues. Enters data into the computer. Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. We require : At least 1 years’ experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field. Excellent computer and customer service skills. High school diploma required. Bilingual English / Spanish a plus. Strong customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills What we offer : Starting Salary : $22 / hr, commensurate with experience and education.
