Responsibilities
- Manage the operational aspects of multiple sites in the East Region, focusing on day-to-day activities and staff management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to design and implement training programs for staff.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, departments, and external partners.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- At least two years of experience in CT imaging, preferably with GE CT systems.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) certification.
- New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with IV contrast injection certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
