In This Role, You Will
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions including MAs, LPNs, and RNs, handling job postings, sourcing, screening, and extending offers.
- Conduct phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring efficient feedback and communication.
- Update leadership on recruitment progress and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and recruitment platforms for efficient hiring.
- Write and post engaging, accurate job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build relationships with nursing schools, job fairs, and online job boards to source skilled candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with EEO and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical administrators to understand staffing needs and coordinate onboarding with HR.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Knowledge of nursing licensure requirements and clinical responsibilities.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare facilities with a focus on clinical roles.
- Minimum of 2 years in clinical recruitment, particularly for MAs, RNs, and LPNs.
- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
