RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze clients insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
-Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
-Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
-Provide exceptional service through all modes of communication
-Issuing new policies for existing and new clients.
-Ensure all insurance applications, documents and other policy forms are accurate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
