POSITION OVERVIEW :
New York City FC is looking to hire part-time, Head Coaches for the New York City Football Club Girls Teams and Programs. Coaching positions are available for year-round availability. Coaches will be providing youth soccer training for players of different ages and playing abilities within camps, clinics, teams, clubs and leagues throughout New York City, Connecticut, Westchester & Long Island)
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Oversee all aspects of an assigned team and assist with other NYCFC Girls Team age groups.
- Implementation of club methodology, effective practice, and game plans through program curriculum.
- Lead all team matches and ensure players understand and implement training concepts and competitive mentality.
- Develop and implement individual development plans (IDP’s) for all NYCFC Girls Program players.
- Lead / Participate in clinic, camp, tryouts / player observation.
- Ensure all appropriate safety guidelines and standards are maintained during training, practice, and games.
- Embody and demonstrate New York City FC values.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager of Competition and Development.

COMPENSATION :
This position has an estimated base hourly range of $45.00 to $60.00 per hour. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all our initial calls.
