POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies that elevate Manchester City’s brand, expand its fan base, and deepen engagement across the United States. They will implement key initiatives and cultivate relationships that deliver year-round visibility, create memorable fan experiences and ensure cultural relevance in the market. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating closely with the broader marketing organization and business functions to deliver exceptional results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Campaign Development – Design and execute initiatives to drive fan acquisition and engagement across the USA. Leverage market insights, audience segmentation and performance metrics for optimization of key initiatives.
- Event Planningand Execution – Conceptualize and deliver impactful brand experiences, including marquee events, grassroots activations, and programs that drive fan growth
- Cultural Collaborations – Forge partnerships with creative industries such as music and art to engage diverse audiences, enhance merchandise strategies and broaden the Club’s reach and relevance.
- Relationship Management – Develop and manage relationships with sports leagues, teams, personalities and media networks to amplify our visibility and influence in the USA.
- Cross-Functional Alignment – Act as a liaison with global counterparts, leveraging their expertise to drive local initiatives while adapting global priorities for impactful execution in-market.
- Financial Oversight – Support the team in tracking expenditures, managing purchase orders and processing payments to vendors in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in sports and entertainment, a related agency, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven experience planning and executing events, grassroots programs, and commercial partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing budgets and planning multiple initiatives concurrently
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support key initiatives.
- Desire to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Desirable:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Passion for international football and a deep understanding of USA sports culture is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION:
This exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $65,000-$70,000 and is not overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise.
