POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Programs Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of New York City FC Youth Programs camps, clinics & development centers. This role includes program development & management, supervising program staff, coordinating scheduling, ensuring adherence to club policies, assisting in curriculum development, and fostering relationships with program participants and their families. The Youth Program Lead will play a key role in maintaining high standards of program execution and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Manage and oversee the operations of New York City FC Youth Programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate seasonal programming schedules and ensure proper staffing for NYCFC / MCFC Camps, Development Centers, Holiday Camps and Clinics.
- Supervise program staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum.
- Ensure all program participants and staff adhere to NYCFC policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings and partnerships.
- Serve as a liaison between the Youth Programs department and parents, players, and partner organizations.
- Monitor and assess program success, making data-driven improvements.
- Represent NYCFC at youth soccer events and community engagements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION :
This exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $50,000-$57,000 and is not overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise.
