We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Associate to join NYCFC’s game-day staff. As a Ticketing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional game-day experience for our fans.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Associate to join NYCFC’s game-day staff. As a Ticketing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional game-day experience for our fans.
What You’ll Do
- Assist overall Ticketing Department during events and on matchdays at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field
- Greet and assist fans with a positive and friendly attitude as they arrive at the stadium.
- Assist with the set-up, check-in and execution of all match day group experiences prior to, during and following each match.
- Direct fans to their seats and answer any questions they may have about the stadium and game-day activities.
- Report any fan issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bring high level of energy, enthusiasm and positivity to the department
- Efficient with excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Additional Requirements
- Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
