- Answer heavy volume of incoming calls.
- Receive complaints and create service requests as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Record and log appointments into computer system.
- Respond to telephone, mail, e-mail and in-person inquiries; determine service required.
- Utilize computer databases and information technology systems; research data needed to respond to inquiries.

- High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong interpersonal and organization skills 3. Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word and Siebel 4. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 5. Ability to analyze significant amounts of information and identify the most important issues. 6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and successfully carry out multiple assignments and meet deadlines
