SUMMARY: Responsible for providing student services in the general areas of academic support and student life, including campus safety, Title IX, career counseling, alumni relations, student grievances, among others
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
STUDENT SERVICES
- As Title IX Coordinator, organizes educational events and prevention programs regarding issues of sex-based harassment, sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking, and develops policies.
- Addresses complaints and conducts investigation regarding discrimination on the basis of sex and/or reports of sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence or stalking,
- Acts as advisor to Alumni Association and Student Government Association, providing assistance and support to the organizations as needed.
- Serves as conduit for student grievances and works to ensure effective and timely resolution of student issues and complaints.
- Works with students with disabilities to arrange reasonable accommodations.
- Updates information regarding employment and networking opportunities for students and alumni.
- Promote school activities (student activities, alumni activities and health fairs etc.) in social media.
- Attain weekly staff meeting as required.
- Attain compliance trainings as needed.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in psychology, higher education administration or similar field and/or experience in higher educational administration required.
