Customer Representative Job Duties:
- Provide a pleasant, professional, and educational experience for Frontier customers.
- Drive sales by promoting our products and services to existing and prospective customers, utilizing a customer facing hands on sales technique.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with every face to face customer interaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer outreach initiatives with the intention of exceeding individual sales and customer acquisition goals.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive experience and offering expert advice for every person you interact with.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and achieve collective customer sales goals.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with product offerings, services, and promotions to offer creative and advanced service solutions.
Customer Representative Qualifications:
- A strong, competitive drive with a passion for sales and customer service to help others.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in telecommunications or related fields.
