We are now looking for a motivated, proactive new Sales Success Representative to join our team! As a Sales Success Representative with NY Communications Group, you will be responsible for forging initial relationships with customers, closing sales deals, and providing ongoing customer service support. You will learn tried and tested techniques in customer relations and sales from our experienced senior sales and customer service team.
Responsibilities of a Sales Success Representative:
- Initiate contact with customers face to face and maintain ongoing relationships by providing prompt and effective customer service when needed
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with assessing their needs, identifying recommended products and services, placing sales orders, and scheduling installations
- Participate in the preparation and execution of sales presentations, keeping customer needs in mind and upselling when appropriate
- Troubleshoot all customer service issues regarding pricing, billing policies, product availability, and technical support
- Abide by all company compliance policies and procedures when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all transactions meet legal privacy requirements
Qualifications of a Sales Success Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- 1 years experience in sales and/or customer service, preferred
- Outgoing personality, able to communicate effectively face to face with a wide range of people
- Ability to view challenges as learning opportunities rather than setbacks
- Strong work ethic, desire to develop new skills, and grow with a company long term

Pay: $47,500.00 - $59,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
