Due to this growth, we are actively seeking a new Account Representative to join our dynamic sales and account management team. As an Account Representative with New York Communications Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our client accounts. You will be responsible for qualifying customers, closing sales deals, and managing accounts throughout their life cycle. You will work closely with our sales, customer service, and human resources departments to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Responsibilities of an Account Representative:
- Build, nurture, and maintain face to face relationships with clients, customers and fellow associates to contribute to overall business growth
- Assist customers in analyzing available products, making recommendations, placing sales orders and scheduling installations
- Provide consistent customer service and sales support before, during, and after the point of sale by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and concerns
- Abide by all company compliance policies and procedures when handling sensitive customer information to ensure transactions meet privacy regulations
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product offerings to continue to provide the most accurate information to customers
Qualifications of an Account Representative:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1 years experience in sales, customer service and/or account management is a plus
- Outgoing personality, able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people face to face
- Go getter attitude with a desire to grow long term with a company
- Able to work effectively in groups as well as independently

Pay: $47,500.00 - $59,000.00 per year
