JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with the post close process by confirming all loan conditions have been met and closing documents are accurate and comply with the loan commitment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reviews the Pre-Closing Review Form for identification of an Undertaking being required at closing, Reviews closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Bank's commitment and closing conditions. Coordinate with Loan Officers, Bank Attorneys, Brokers, and personnel from various agencies to ensure the resolution of all outstanding issues.Contacts borrowers regarding outstanding items and keeps management apprised on a current basis Assist management with administrative duties. Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent. One to two years related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Analytical, detail oriented with strong organization skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
