You will be responsible for supervising campers, leading activities, and fostering personal growth and development through various educational and recreational programs. Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times during activities and events.
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and physical fitness.
- Educate campers on various topics while encouraging their personal growth and social skills.
- Manage camper behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Provide support to campers with special needs or unique challenges.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding camper progress and experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a cohesive team environment.
