Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage campers in various activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Facilitate group games, arts and crafts, sports, and educational programs.
- Provide support and guidance to campers in personal development and teamwork.
- Monitor camper behavior and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.
- Participate in staff training sessions to enhance skills related to camper care.
