1. Line Audits & Management Assistant (Chinese Speaker)
In this role, you will ensure smooth operation across our production lines by conducting audits, resolving issues, and supporting quality control efforts. You'll work closely with the Quality Director & Production Manager to ensure projects stay on track and meet our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular line audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
- Monitor production line efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues on the production floor, providing support to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns.
- Track production progress and collaborate with teams to address any discrepancies.
- Assist with process improvements and workflow management.
- Fluently communicate in Chinese with production staff and leadership to ensure smooth operations across diverse teams.
Reports to:
- Quality Director & Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with line audits, quality control, or production management.
- Fluent in Chinese required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and management.

2. Supply & Delivery Schedule Coordinator
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage the flow of materials to keep production on track. You’ll be primarily responsible for checking delivery schedules, preparing labels in advance (printed in-house), and ensuring that the right materials are delivered to the right production lines at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help review delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and production lines stay on track.
- Prepare labels in advance using in-house label printers, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production.
- Assign lots to appropriate production lines and monitor their use of labels to ensure the correct materials are being applied.
- Coordinate with the Supply Manager to track the flow of materials and resolve any supply chain or scheduling issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of labels, materials used, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
Reports to:
- Production Manager & Supply Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or labeling coordination.
- Fluent in Chinese preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data entry, scheduling, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

3. General Production Assistant
We are seeking a dependable and proactive General Production Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth daily operations in our production area. This role is ideal for someone with an apparel design or garment manufacturing background who enjoys being hands-on and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will work closely with the Production Manager & the Quality Director, providing essential support in a variety of areas to ensure the production is running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a wide range of tasks as needed, supporting both the Production Manager and Quality Director to keep the workflow running smoothly.
- Act as a central point of coordination, helping to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and facilitating communication between teams.
- Provide hands-on support with various production and quality control tasks, helping wherever necessary to ensure the overall success of operations.
- Be adaptable and ready to jump in and assist with any urgent needs that arise, contributing to the efficiency of the production process.
Reports to:
- Production Manager & Quality Director
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apparel design, garment manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in creating or updating tech packs and spec sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving production challenges.
- A hands-on approach to assisting with physical tasks, such as materials handling, moving pallets, and inspecting production.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable documenting, tracking specifications, and managing production details.
