Job Title: Security Guard
Job Overview:
Security guards ensure the safety of the school, manage visitors, and oversee campus security.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Tennessee Unarmed Guard License required
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
- SLPI:ASL Survival Plus rating preferred (ASL training available for selected applicants)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and campus access
- Perform patrols on foot and by vehicle
- Able to stay in one spot or walk long distances
- Handle stressful and dangerous situations calmly
- Communicate clearly and cooperate with emergency personnel
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
