Job Summary:
We are seeking an expert-level PowerEdge XR11 Specialist to work onsite in Spartanburg, SC. The selected candidate will provide hands-on support for PowerEdge XR11 servers and ensure seamless access to the Open Telecom Ecosystem Lab (Dell OTEL).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Fault Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose hardware/software issues in PowerEdge XR11 servers.
✅ Troubleshooting: Perform comprehensive server troubleshooting and work with Dell Support to resolve issues.
✅ Parts Replacement: Replace faulty hardware components as needed.
✅ Critical Situation Management: Handle priority issues, following rapid escalation and resolution procedures.
✅ Customer Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding service status and updates.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Experience:
