Summary

Farmer Group’s Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment (picking and packing) of orders from our customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks.
• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the fulfillment process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Basic computer skills for inventory manage.

Education / Experience

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Experience in picking and packing orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
