Medical Front Desk Receptionist- (English / Spanish Speaking) Manhattan, NY ( Washington Heights) Hours : Shift between the hours of 7am-7pm Why Join Us? In this role, you will : Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office. Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere. Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections. Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system. Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings. Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. We require : High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
