">We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Power System Planning to lead our cross-functional team in Operations & Planning. This individual will be responsible for preparing the organization for managing the NYS power system as it transitions to a more modern and sustainable infrastructure.

- Develop and implement strategies for transitioning the NYS power system to a more modern and sustainable infrastructure. ">
- Represent NYISO with external regulatory and industry organizations, as well as other neighboring ISOs and interconnected systems. ">
- Lead cross-functional teams in Operations & Planning, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. ">
Requirements

- Master's degree in electrical and computer engineering, power systems engineering, or a related field. ">
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in power system planning and operations functions, including at least 2 years of experience leading departments, managing teams, and working with SCADA; LEPTON; PowerBI; Tableau; NGX; PSS/E. ">
