What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at New York Institute of Technology?
The Administrative Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residency program. This includes coordinating educational activities, managing dissemination and completion of resident, faculty, and program evaluations, and ensuring reporting compliance in various systems.
Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will provide guidance to residents on program and GME policies, and non-clinical aspects of the program. They will also establish and disseminate monthly rotation, clinic, and call schedules, and manage duty hour and evaluation reports.
In this role, you will work closely with the Program Director and other departments to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining all essential documents required for program accreditation and tracking resident training time for reporting purposes.
