This temporary role will focus on paperwork collection, event planning and facilitation, data management, and training. The position is based at the New York City campus, with some flexibility to work at the Long Island campus as needed.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Student Employment Data Systems Analyst to support the critical transition and testing of student employment data within a new Workday system implementation.
Qualifications
Schedule: 25 hours per week, 3–4 days per week
This is an in-person role at the New York City campus.

- Prior experience in a student employment office or familiarity with student employment processes (e.g., onboarding, payroll, timekeeping) a plus.
- Understanding of HR systems and student workforce structures in higher education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- Willingness to travel between NYC and Long Island campuses if needed.
