New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers in the Bismarck area to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office (ND-MN). In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager.

Responsibilities:- Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
- Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
- Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
- Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs
- Secure the required insurance and investment licenses and meet production goals within a year
- Recruit aspiring financial professionals, both seasoned and new, to become part of our team at the North Dakota General Office, dedicated to serving the local community and beyond
- Provide extensive training and ongoing development opportunities for current and future financial professionals, highlighting the company's sales tactics and range of products
- Establish mechanisms for monitoring performance and assessing productivity to improve team efficiency, increase retention rates, and propel overall success
- Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience
- Multilingual professionals with Spanish, Portuguese, or other language proficiency is a bonus
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation
- Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
- Experience working in sales is required
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and team members

Salary : $80,000 - $250,000
