Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance and financial licenses.
- Competitive, driven, and takes full ownership of results.
- Coachable, communicative, self-disciplined, and authentic.
