Overview
Half-time (20 hrs) Grants Coordinator will assist Principal Investigators (PI) at NYMC to execute external subcontracts, MTAs, DUAs; assist PI with research grant accounting including milestone billing, invoice resolution and payment; assist PI with required grant reports.
Responsibilities
- Initiate subcontracts for multicenter clinical trials through with NYMC ORA and follow through fullexecution.
- Reviewing external invoices and process payments for multicenter clinical trial enrollment and start up,if applicable.
- Reviewing internal WMC and NYMC clinical research invoices and process for payment in unimarket.
- Create and track sponsored projects for accounting milestones and billing. Initiate billing upon meetingmilestones.
- Assist Principal Investigators with funding carryover requests for awarded grants.
Qualifications
Education requirement: Preferred MBA, minimal BA/BS in accounting, economics, finance orrelated field.Technical/computer skills: Microsoft suite
