Job Description
Stamford Health’s renowned Interventional Radiology department is seeking a compassionate and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-paced environment and provide a collaborative approach to care for both inpatients and outpatients. Interventional Radiology is a cutting-edge field of medicine regarded as one of the most minimally invasive and the practitioner that fills this opportunity will assist with minimizing discomfort, decreasing risk of complications and allowing for shorter recovery times by performing hospital consults and rounds, taking patient history, performing radiologic procedures, and treatment planning to facilitate patient care from admission to discharge.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Mix of 8 hour and 10 hour shifts, 8AM to 4PM and 7AM to 5PM. No weekends, no holidays, no call.
