Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $69,500.00 - $105,875.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities :

  • Learns and understands billing, follow up, and regulatory processes for professional and facility billing and claims function(s).
  • Develop analytical skills through report development and workflow education.
  • Embraces new opportunities and is eager to learn new skills to facilitate performance of duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates critical and analytical thinking to fulfill data requests and provide data analysis to end users in roles across revenue cycle including, but not limited to, registration, billing, charge capture, variance and reimbursement, remittance posting, denials, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to minimize duplication of tasks and ensure all data or report requests are thoughtfully designed and implemented.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Interact with Revenue Cycle Automation team to optimize effectiveness of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as data visualization tools, Epic reporting roadmap, data consolidation and analysis products, etc.
