Stamford Health is hiring for a fulltime Day shift RN for the Observation and Overflow Unit!
The observation and overflow unit is devoted to the assessment of patients to determine if a patient can be safely transitioned or admitted to the hospital. This observation and overflow nursing unit provides the opportunity to care for multiple patients requiring a variety of care needs. If you are an experienced Registered Nurse, this is a great place to use all of your skills! Exhibit expert assessment skills, problem solving, and critical thinking during quick admission/discharge turn over.
The conditions that are within the scope of service for this position include but are not limited to the following, Chest Pain, Congestive Heart Failure, Syncop, Abdominal-Gastrointestinal Conditions.
