Job Description: PART TIME-Hostess- (2-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK)*

******MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH OPEN TABLE*******

New York Prime in Boca Raton, FL is looking for an experienced part-time hostess/host to join our high volume, fast- paced restaurant. You can apply in person Monday-Friday from 2PM - 4PM to fill out an application and be interviewed! Please ask for Kayla, Julia, or Doug upon arrival.

Pay: $18 per hour

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Use OpenTable & Resy to book/ cancel/ and confirm reservations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the hostess/host station and restrooms
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent guest relations and deliver exceptional hospitality

Requirements:
- Previous 2 years of experience as a hostess

-Must have extensive knowledge and be comfortable with using OpenTable
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
