New York Spine and Wellness Center, the regional leader in providing chronic pain services to CNY has an opening for a full-time Patient Care Representative.
This position is vital to operation of the office, as the first and last face patients see when entering and exiting our offices. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our patients all while scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing schedules and handling insurance follow-ups and authorizations.
This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to rotate between our North Syracuse, Dewitt, and Camillus locations.
HS diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
At least two years experience in a healthcare setting, medical terminology, and insurance background is preferred and strong computer skills required.
Must be courteous, efficient and able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
Salary range for the role $17.00-$25.71. Where you start in that range is dependent on previous experience
