Duties Description Full-time position, located in the Patient Access-CC Central Reg department at Upstate Community Hospital. The schedule is based on 40 hours per week, primary shift 1 : 30-10pm with every other weekend working in the CC ED from 3pm-11 : 30pm.Duties include but not limited to : Coordinates patient reception, arrival and discharge. Performs clerical work, including but not limited to fielding phone calls, handling faxes, form preparation, processing mailings and patient reminders. Interfaces effectively with Technologists, Outpatient Scheduling, Nursing Units and other Team Members. Works with other team members to provide and maintain high quality care and treatment of the patient. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications One year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
