Duties Description The incumbent will be responsible for digitizing Division of Materials Management files, data entry, filing, file organization, and assisting with file preparation for Freedom of Information Law Requests and subpoenas. The incumbent must be able to use scanning software for the scanning of standard size documents as well as large format drawings and follow the naming conventions for the electronic filing systems used by the division. The incumbent will also assist with general office support including answering phones, distributing mail, and other tasks as assigned.

Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3 / 31 / 2025, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
