This position is for a project manager in Remedial Bureau D, Section D. Duties of this position will include management and oversight of responsible parties implementing remedial programs under Department issued Orders on Consent, State-funded remedial programs, RCRA facilities, and/or working with EPA on Federal lead remedial projects. Management includes all aspects of the remedial program, including work plan development, investigation, design, remediation, and site management phases, as well as review and evaluation of documents, to ensure conformance with current geological standards and Department regulations, standards, guidance, and policies. Duties will also include budgeting, preparing and responding to written correspondence, making public presentations, and interacting with the public. Field work, including periodic overnight travel and compliance with OSHA HAZWOPER requirements, may at times be required. Refer to the job posting for further details.
