Develop and support detailed implementation plans for large modernization project including overall go live schedule, application testing, data migration, infrastructure, training, communications, process changes, data warehouse, security, technical go live steps, dry runs, black out period, call center, help desk, go-no go decision criteria, and knowledge transfer. -Track, analyze, and confirm accuracy of completion of implementation categories and steps from numerous executive stakeholders, update schedule. -Provide weekly detailed reports and executive summaries to project director and sponsors. -Facilitate technical meetings and give presentations to agency officials to answer questions regarding project status and implementation. -User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Test Case Assignments using Mastercraft. -Analyze accuracy of UAT Test Cases, testing progress, blocks, and results and provide weekly detailed reports to management using Mastercraft and MS Excel. -Work with program staff and stakeholders to develop test scenarios and test cases. -Obtain test data from over 100 interface partners. -Troubleshoot Interface testing issues from a technology and business process view. Interfaces are critical to UI Program claims, payments, fraud prevention, and federal and state reporting.

*Substitutions: a Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field can substitute for one year of specialized experience.*
