Under the general direction of the Director of Administrative and Computer Services in New York City, assists with management of the New York City office for the Executive Chamber.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience professional administrative management. College study may substitute for up to 4 years of the required experience, and a relevant Master’s degree may be substituted for one additional year of experience.
Under the general direction of the Director of Administrative and Computer Services in New York City, assists with management of the New York City office for the Executive Chamber.
Duties
- Supervise Executive Assistant staff for the New York City office which includes managing coverage, reviewing timesheets, recruitment of EA staff, and assisting with the scheduling/agenda/materials for quarterly EA meetings with Albany EA staff.
- Assist Director with onboarding and offboarding staff.
- Assist the advance team by helping with logistical requests for events, including press conferences, bill signings, and various meetings for the Governor and Executive Chamber staff at the NYC office.
- Address employee concerns related to office operations.
- Coordinate mail/shipping procedures and supply requests with Administration office staff in the Albany office.
- Manage master key inventory, issue and track keys provided to staff.
- Organize and manage emergency Go Bags for staff, including the inspection and replenishment of contents.
- Coordinate the delivery, installation and movement of office furniture, files, and other workstation equipment.
- Coordinate staff moves and building modifications; maintain and update agency phone records; coordinate the installation/relocation.
- Manage communications with building manager on any tenant issues.
- General troubleshooting, logistical resolution, and other duties as required or directed by the Director.

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
