New York State Fence, Inc is one of Western New York's largest and most respected fence companies, servicing Upstate New York for more than sixty years. We are dedicated to supplying customers with the finest in quality fencing and professional installations that are virtually trouble free.
We're looking for someone to meet customers on location and review potential fence projects. Will train the right candidate. There is no cold calling or prospect lists. All leads are customer driven and your prompt attention is important.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a general understanding of designing, layouts, and measuring of customer properties.
- Customer Service Skills
- Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle
- Effective skills in oral and written communications. Capable of producing effective quotes and proposals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple customers
- Great aptitude and ability to quickly learn industry products and installation standards.
Performance Responsibilities
You will be responsible for meeting potential customers, and supplying a proposal for various types of fence supplied by the company. This will require meeting potential customers to get the project details. Following the sale, you will continue your relationship with the customer in providing all of the product information, additional information if required, or changes in the scope of work. You will also work with the office personnel, crew support, and fabrication in seeing the project through to completion.
