Under the supervision of the Park Supervisor 1, SG-11 or other higher-level staff, the selected candidate will be expected to perform the following visitors’ services and operations duties:

Under the supervision of the Park Supervisor 1, SG-11 or other higher-level staff, the selected candidate will be expected to perform the following visitors’ services and operations duties:
- Greet and engage with the public in person and on the phone.
- Provide guided tours of Lorenzo State Historic Site house and grounds.
- Provide customer service in the Gift Shop, and serve as cashier for ticket and shop sales.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, including cash accounting.
- Assist with general cleaning of the historic house and public spaces.
- Assist in operation of special events and programs.
- Assist with special projects related to historic research and general business operations.
- Other job duties as assigned.

Operational Need
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate a strong interest in local and regional history.
- Public presentation experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a museum setting.
- Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Access.
