Positions Available:
Senior Court Analyst: Work independently or as a team leader on various projects involving, research, confidential analysis and planning. Supervise Junior Court Analysts and Court Analysts assigned to field or research projects of narrow scope.
Qualifications: One year of experience in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $76,112
Court Analyst: Work under direct supervision, handling tasks such as confidential analysis, research and planning.
Qualifications: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $64,971
Assignment: This position is assigned to the Office of Court Administration, Division of Human Resources Development Unit, responsible for managing HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing regional offices, training, and staff development. Duties include collaborating with HR partners, providing training, representing the Division of HR at meetings and events, recommending operational improvements, and supporting HR tasks. The role also involves creating strategies and objectives for the Unit.
Preferred: Expert technical knowledge of HR systems software and training experience.
