Salary: $60,500- $65,000 (Commensurate with Education and Experience)

Overview
NYSWYSA has over 180 clubs, 4200 coaches and 48,500 players participating in the association on an annual basis. With an annual budget of over $1.5 million, we currently employ full-time and part-time office and coaching staff.
Our State Office is located in Rochester, NY. NYSWYSA offers various coaching and player development programs, club insurance coverage, player registration, player/parent education programs, Olympic Development Program (ODP) for girls and boys, TOPSoccer (an outreach program for children with mental/physical disabilities). NYSWYSA is affiliated with US Youth Soccer and US Soccer Federation.
Responsibilities
· Manage all State player and club registrations
· Maintain NYSWYSA website and social media pages
· Implement and lead the States e-communication platforms
· Assist in managing the National Championship Series (NCS) State Cup.
· Administer the NYSWYSA league Champions Conference
· Administer NYSWYSA Academy and Olympic Development Programs
· Assist in managing TOPSoccer programming
· Daily communication with parents, referees, assigners, coaches and managers.
· Research the value and potential of new projects NYSWYSA might offer to members
· Support the board and staff wherever required
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Extensive knowledge of the game of soccer.
· Good understanding of USSF, US Youth Soccer, and NYSWYSA policies, rules and landscape
· Familiarity with soccer scheduling and registration process
· Strong verbal, written communication and customer service skills
· Proven ability to plan and execute multiple large projects
· Excellent analytical skills
· Knowledge of web design and maintenance within a content management system
· Ability to manage e-commerce and mass email systems
· Capability to work flexible hours including some weekend events
· Willingness to travel as required
· Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship

· Microsoft Office 365 (emphasize on Outlook and Excel)
· GotSport Sports Management Platform
· SharePoint
· Basic web design skills
