Must-Have Skills:
• 10 – 12 years of IT experience in the Life Sciences domain
• Strong domain knowledge in Pharmacovigilance (PV)
• Expertise in Argus Configuration and Customization
• Hands-on experience in Argus Support aligned with ITIL processes
• Experience in GxP Application Support and Enhancement
• Knowledge of the CSV (Computer System Validation) process for Pharma
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support and enhancement for Argus applications
• Lead configuration and customization of Argus systems to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Argus-related solutions
• Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and CSV processes in all Argus activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Argus applications
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Argus, providing technical guidance to stakeholders
