Job Description:
Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Credit Cards domain as Business Analyst, overall exp of 8 yrs
Experience with Regulatory, KYC, AML and Data projects
Experience with all kinds of Credit Cards applications like applications related to Cards Acquisitions, Cards Servicing, Risk, Credit Reporting, Account Receivables and other backend applications
Very good analytical skills to do RCA and research work
Responsibilities
- Domain Expertise in Card Issuing & Processing:
- Strong understanding of card issuing and transaction processing, including:
- Interest calculation and processing
- Statement generation
- Loyalty points accumulation and redemption
- Transaction lifecycle (authorization, settlement, chargebacks, fraud detection, etc.)
- Card issuance, activation, and renewals
- Business Analysis & User Story Management:
- Gather and document business requirements for card processing systems.
- Define and manage user stories for development teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA) to ensure successful delivery of features.
- Validate requirements through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and stakeholder collaboration.
Implementation & Deployment:
- Develop implementation plans for system changes related to card issuing and transaction processing.
- Oversee deployment in production environments, ensuring business objectives are met.
Salary : $55 - $60
