CDP Architect Opportunity Hybrid in Newton, MA

Position Details:

• Title: CDP Architect (Hands-On Experience Required)
• Location: Newton, MA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite/week)
• Duration: Long-term Contract
• Experience Required: 12 years overall, with 5 years in customer-centric data

Must-Have Skills:

• Microsoft Customer Insights Data & Journeys
• Customer Insights Data (CID) implementation
• Microsoft Dynamics
• MDM Implementation experience
• Data integration, data quality, cleansing, and identity resolution
• Strong SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Warehouse experience
• CRM, Marketing, Call Center, and Point of Sale data experience
• Experience with ETL and customer profile segmentation

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

• Design CDP strategy and implementation roadmap including data ingestion, profile synthesis, and audience creation
• Integrate CDP with external systems and downstream platforms
• Collaborate with SMEs to define project roadmap and data architecture
• Map data sources and assess data quality
• Define ingestion/egression patterns for Microsoft Customer Insights
• Deliver Omni-channel use cases and best practices for journey orchestration
• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and execution

Desired Qualifications:

• 1 2 full lifecycle CDP implementations
• Strong understanding of customer 360 and customer segmentation
• Experience with MarTech and digital marketing platforms is a plus
