About Our Database Solutions Architect Role
We are seeking an experienced Database Solutions Architect to join our IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing database solutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop database solutions using C# .NET and SQL.
- Contribute to IT, networking, and cybersecurity decision-making as part of the IT team.
- Evaluate potential replacement solutions for the ERP system.
- Migrate to a new database management system.
- Select and implement front-end and back-end solutions, design the user interface, develop prototypes, and oversee implementation.
- Develop custom enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications for approximately 100 users.
- Write and execute SQL database queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a programmer with a focus on database development.
- Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL, along with web application development.
- Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
- Experience writing and executing SQL database queries.
- Desire to grow into a leadership position.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
